Classes Offered:

Medical Assisting

The Medical Assisting course will prepare the student to work at a Medical Facility performing front and back office duties, with a concentration as a Clinical Medical Assistant. The student will learn Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, and regular duties of a Medical Assistant such as helping with in-office procedures including surgical procedures and performing Phlebotomy along with other basic lab procedures and specimen collection. Students will also obtain CPR certification and first aid training along with TB certification to learn how to give and read TB skin tests. Course will include resume preparation and mock interview procedures and certification exam preparation.

Participant Eligibility:

1. High School Diploma, G.E.D. or high school transcripts.

Program Days and Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (with two weeks off at Christmas and one week for spring break).

Some Saturdays


Total Program approximately 13-14 months, which includes the clinicals.



1. Call In Training College for an appointment.

2. Course fee is $3500 does not include books. The deposit is $100.

3. Course fee does not include certification exam fees.

4. Class size is limited and subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.


Upon successful completion of the classroom and clinical training the student will be eligible to sit for the Clinical Medical Assistant exam.
