Our School

In Training, Inc. College of Adult Education has been educating students from northwest Indiana and those in Will, Lake, and Cook counties, Illinois since 1995. We take pride in teaching our students in the healthcare field for long-term careers.

Founding and Future

The College was founded by Kelly F. Besaw, RN, MSN and Jeff Besaw with the vision to train and provide quality, short-term education in a variety of medical professions that are affordable and meaningful to our local population.

Although Jeff and Kelly are retired July of 2022 the current owner, Roberta Lager, has been with In Training, Inc. College for 13+ years. She hopes to keep moving forward with the college and make beneficial updates to better serve her staff and students.

To educate students and supply them with the knowledge necessary to gain employment in a healthcare career.

Accredited Education

In Training, Inc. College is fully accredited by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development - Office for Career and Technical Schools. We take pride in our accreditation and quality of education provided to our students.
